Directions

  1. In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Make a hole in the center and pour in the milk, egg and melted butter.
  2. Mix until smooth.
  3. Heat a lightly oiled griddle/frying pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Pour the batter onto the griddle/frying pan, using approximately 0.25 cups per pancake.
  5. Brown on both sides then serve hot.
